Shipping policy

Shipping Policy. Number one, Order Processing Time. All orders are processed within one to three business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

​Number two, Shipping Rates and Estimates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

​Number three, International Shipping. We offer international shipping to various countries. Please note that shipping rates will vary based on the destination. Customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer.

​Number four, Order Tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress. Please allow up to forty-eight hours for the tracking information to become available.

​Number five, Delayed or Lost Packages. If your order is delayed, please contact us at our support email. If you suspect your package is lost, we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange for a replacement.

We ship once daily from our regional workshops in Copenhagen and Kyoto. Every parcel is packed by hand using entirely renewable, non-synthetic materials to protect your lifetime tools.
